MO-TRAYL researchers present on panel ‘Unheard Voices’ at AIS Conference 2019
MO-TRAYL PhD researchers Gladys Akom Ankobrey and Laura Ogden presented ‘Passing the mic, and the pen: Reflections on a creative experiment to amplify the voices of transnational youth in migration research’. This presentation was part of the panel ‘Unheard Voices’, organised and moderated by Prof. Valentina Mazzucato and Prof. Aagje Swinnen, which explored how experiments between academia and the arts can integrate marginalized voices into research on global issues. The panel was part of the Association for Interdisciplinary Studies (AIS) 2019 Conference on ‘Interdisciplinarity in Global Contexts’, which took place in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) from 24-26 October 2019.
